Terms and Conditions

1. Service
PDFLeaf provides browser-based PDF and document utilities, including editing, merging, conversion, watermark, encryption, and related workflows. Files are processed locally in your browser whenever possible, but some account, billing, and entitlement actions require server-side infrastructure.
2. Operator
Brand and service operator: PDFLeaf, operated by Chengdu Qingyunpei Technology Co., Ltd.. Secure checkout pages and receipts may display the payment provider's merchant-of-record details for payment processing, taxation, and invoicing.
3. Plans and payment
PDFLeaf offers a Free plan, a 7-Day Pass, and Monthly Pro. Pricing, plan features, billing intervals, and renewal behavior are described on the pricing page. Paid checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds, and subscription billing are securely handled by the payment processor as merchant of record.
4. Access and renewals
Paid access grants a limited, non-transferable right to use PDFLeaf during the active access period. The 7-Day Pass expires 7 days after purchase and does not renew. Monthly Pro renews automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
5. Cancellation
To cancel future Monthly Pro renewals, contact support@pdfleaf.com from the purchase email address and include your payment order ID or purchase email when possible. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the right to edit, convert, share, or export them. You may not use PDFLeaf for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Refund handling may be processed by our payment provider, and approved refunds may change access status.
