Refund Policy

14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed in good faith based on purchase history, product access, usage signals, and abuse prevention.
How to request a refund
Email support@pdfleaf.com from the purchase email address with your payment order ID, purchase email, and a short explanation of the request.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Canceling Monthly Pro stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund. If you also want a refund review, mention that clearly in your request.
Processing
Payments, taxes, receipts, and refunds are processed by our payment provider. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Abuse and chargebacks
Refunds may be declined for repeated refund abuse, fraudulent activity, account sharing abuse, or chargeback misuse.
